Located on the edge of Lake Corumbá, 400 meters from Náutico Praia Clube, and 8 km from the center. The space
Hi there, thanks for your preference! My name is Clessio and I own the apartment in Enseada Nautico. My family and I will be available to assist you when necessary, either before, during, or after your stay. Always focused on improving the experiences for our customers, since your satisfaction is a number one priority for us!
First of all, I would like to pass on some information about the space:
-O apt. is simple but cozy.
-In the bedroom, there is a double bed, a split air conditioner, and we also have a single mattress.
- In the living room there is also another wall-mounted air conditioner, a simple TV and a sofa bed.
**Please note: TV is not smart and does not tune channels. Guest can choose to bring their own TV Stick or PC + HDMI to watch streaming apps by routing the internet from their cell phone**
- In the kitchen we have a fridge, hob and microwave.
- On the balcony, there is a beautiful view of the pond.
-Bed linen, towels and pillows will not be available, but it is possible to rent them, and a company takes them to the condominium (I will provide the contact). This service is outsourced, so guests must check the company's opening hours for the day of their check-in, usually from 10 am to 11 pm.
- There is free parking available inside the condominium.
Free access to the leisure area of the condominium: swimming pools, saunas, football field, playground and access to Lake Corumbá.
- In the leisure area there are three pools and one of them is hot water.
***Please note: The condominium has warned that due to the extreme cold in winters, it may happen that the heated pool does not get so hot, the water can lose a lot of heat to the environment. ***
- The pools can be used from 8 am to 10 pm.
- In the leisure area there are also barbecues available for rental, as well as the photos.
- As a condominium rule, it is forbidden to descend with food and drink to the pool area. Consumption only through the restaurant. However, if they locate the BBQ area, they will be able to consume their drinks and food in this area.
The condominium provides free internet that picks up in common areas, but the wi-fi signal may be oscillating due to network congestion. At the reception the connection is always good! Inside the apartment itself, there is no sign of wi-fi.
- This apartment is not ideal for a home office, as there is no Wi-Fi inside the apartment, and the 4G signal does not work very well.
- To expedite check-in, we will share a link to register in the reservation system of the condominium where it will be necessary to provide information on all guests of the reservation. When arriving at the front desk, please say the name of the guests, arrange the documents (ID) of all of them for xerox (for administration and security purposes), and then say the number of the apartment. An administration fee R$40.00 will be charged upon check-in.
- If you have any questions, you can contact us here on Airbnb. Airbnb does not allow us to contact by phone/whats before the reservation takes place. From the moment the reservation is made, we will make our phone number available to contact via Whats. We are focused on answering any questions you have as soon as possible.

Additional rules and details:
- In the apartment is not allowed: smoking, parties, loud sound, pets (pets).
- Failure to comply with the above rules will result in a fine of R$2,500.00, for each item, in addition to the immediate reservation cancellation and the total withholding of the amount paid.
- Use electricity conscientiously. Consumption is checked at the beginning and end of the stay, and there may be an extra fee in case of excessive use.
- Turn off lights, air conditioning and appliances when not in use.
- Bring your toiletries: soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste.
- Kitchen: check the listing for the photo with the available utensils.
- Access included in the daily rate: apartment, sauna, swimming pools, restaurant, parking, elevators, playground, football field, lake (you can fish but not recommended to swim).
-Areas in need of booking: Barbecue, game room, motorboat and jet ski parking.

- With regard to the gym, it is an area where guests do not have access; only the owners, so we do not put photos of it in the listing.
-On the prices of the restaurant menu in the leisure area: the photo of the menu we put in the listing is so that our guests have an idea of prices but these can fluctuate. The restaurant has very good options, goes from the personal preference of each one.
- As a condominium rule, check-in must be done with a physical document and not a digital one.

- The restaurant is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Thursday to Sunday and holidays).
- Condominium BBQs are available for rental. The location is made on the day, straight at the front desk. It is worth remembering that there is a cost associated with this, charged by the condominium in the amount of R$70 (they also ask for R$200 as shorts).
