The space
Cozy modern 2-bedroom home located a short 6-minute drive from Hokitika.
Nestled amongst native trees with a short walk to the nearby pond where you can spot local ducks and birds.
The house consists of a full kitchen, spacious dining room, 2 living rooms and a full laundry.
The master bedroom includes a king bed with a full ensuite bathroom.
The secondary bedroom includes 2 king single beds.
(Please note, both bedrooms are located upstrairs.)
Guest access
Full access to the house apart from the attached car garage.
No access is allowed to the private sheds and barn, while the driveway is shared and may be accessed from time to time, your privacy is a top priority — the house and outdoor spaces are well separated and naturally screened by large trees, ensuring guests are not disturbed.
Other things to note
For safety reasons the fireplace in unavailable for guest use, however there are 2 large heat pumps for heating.
