The Fairies Tiny House is TINY TINY!, with big surroundings and a pine garden forest located almost at the end of the road.
Includes 1 queen size bed, bathroom with open shower and hot water, parking, kitchenette (with stove, mini fridge, utensils and more), campfire area, water and electricity utilities.

At this moment a small part of the parking area is fenced out of your reach as we are making some improvements. No improvement activities will occur during your stay.

Suggestions and “dont forget” list:
1- You can bring a grill if you want to but never put it near wood structures.
2- Bring headlamps/lanterns. There are some solar lights in surroundings and electrical lights in the pergola area.
3- If you want to make a campfire buy Duraflame logs in Walmart.
4- Be wise using our precious resource water
5- You need to download the Airbnb app to have access to all the details and messages in real time.
6- Extra shoes sometimes if it rains you may step on mud.
7- Bug spray
8- You can add extra persons who want to bring their tents and share the space with you. Let us know in advance to adjust pricing.
RULES!
1- Do NOT flush toilet paper. It will get clogged.
2- NO shoes inside the Tiny House, put them one a trash bag if you want to keep it inside.
3- You shouldn’t leave fire unattended such as stove, bbq, campfire or any other. If you don’t know how to make a campfire let us know to send you a video.
4- Please leave all trash bags properly sealed in trash cans to avoid wildlife.
5- Bathroom and Tiny House should be left closed once you leave and the keys locked at the lock box.
6- Pets are not allowed in this stay unless you can provide with alternative for the pet to stay out of the tiny house at all times. Example: a kennel, leach etc.
7- All utensils should be left as found. Do not leave food in surroundings, keep all your food away from wildlife reach.
8- Silence hours: 10pm - 7am, this means only your low voices should be enough.
9- Safety:

10- Visits are prohibited unless communicated in advance. Charges apply.

Important note 📝
You can always avoid additional charges!
If we find ourselves doing extra efforts in cleaning after your use, you will be billed for the extra efforts.
That includes: dirty/stained sheets, dirt inside the tiny house, trash in surroundings, clogged toilet as well as food remains and more.
***** Dirt and/or food remains charges will start in 35$.
***** Damage charges to property including plants/living trees and leaving our place vulnerable will start in 35$
Guest access
The whole property is for you to access.
Attention:
At this moment we are constructing 🚧 to make the property even better. However, during your stay no construction activity will occur. This area will be fenced out of your reach.
Other things to note
1- This experience may feel very close to a camping experience, enjoy nature.
Some solar lights are located in kitchen area, campfire area and tiny house area.
2- Privacy
The Tiny House shares space with our A frame cabin, a much bigger one. However, you will have the whole area for yourselves, as we like to offer privacy.
3- Notice we have cameras recording our cabin, not the tiny house.
