Welcome to a stylish and modern two-story apartment, perfect for a comfortable vacation!

On the ground floor, you will find two cozy bedrooms: one with a large double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and bidet. Both bedrooms have access to a large private sunny terrace with a small garden — an ideal spot for morning yoga, sunbathing, or relaxing evenings on the comfortable sofas. This floor also includes a utility room and direct access to the garage for convenient parking.

The upper floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a terrace with stunning ocean views. Enjoy breakfast outdoors while admiring the sunrise or spend your evenings watching the sunset.
