The cleaning fee covers a simple cleaning when you leave, including disinfection of the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, vacuum cleaner and floor, as well as the provision of linens.
There will be an extra charge through airbnb if we find abuse or if the checkout guidelines are not followed.

You privately have the entire apartment.
The only shared spaces are the common areas of the residence like access corridors and parking lot.
Access to the common areas is secured thanks to the use of VIGIK and the beep for the gate at the entrance of the residence.
Other things to note
ACCOMMODATION MODALITY
The keys are to be picked up at the reception point "Conciergerie du Cap d 'Agde" located 5 minutes by car from the accommodation and 15 minutes by foot.
You can pick up the keys on your own from 4pm in a numbered lockbox accessible 24/7.
A digital welcome booklet will be shared with you on the day of your arrival giving access codes to retrieve the keys and assistance with easy access to the accommodation.
Attention: For hygiene reasons, the beds are not made:) Bed linen is available in the accommodation
PARKING
All amenities are reached by foot after parking your vehicle
If you come to multiple cars:
300 meters or 5 minutes walk, there is ample free parking (Parking du Gevaudan with about 400 spaces)
We ask vacationers to return the apartment tidy, dishes done and trash discarded.
