A cozy holiday home perfectly located near the beach (200m), the dunes (25m) and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee (300m).
The house can accommodate up to 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children.

From the sunny terrace you enter the living room through a spacious hall. From the living room there is access to the bathroom and luxury kitchen.

From the hall you also enter the room on the first floor with two single beds and the bedroom with a large double bed and closet.

The space
The living room is equipped with color television(cable), DVD/CD player and radio. The modern dining area is also located in the same room. From the living room you walk straight into the kitchen.

In the luxurious, modern kitchen you will find a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a full crockery.

There is also access from the living room to a fresh, modern bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There are 2 towels and a washcloth per person waiting for you!

Via a staircase upstairs you reach the first floor where there are two connected bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large scaffolding wooden double bed with, according to our guests, lovely mattresses and a linen closet. From the bedroom you can look between the houses on the dunes and the walking entrance of the North Dutch dune reserve.

The other bedroom has two single beds for children (length max. 1.80m). They can sleep wonderfully in the scaffolding wooden cots and have their own cupboard. For babies there is a separate cot that can be placed on the master bedroom, equipped with an airosleep mattress and airosleep cover. The stairs are equipped with a stair gate.
All beds are made upon arrival.

For the babies/children we have a baby chair, Croozer, buggy, baby bath, changing mat and toys available.

On the sunny terrace there is a table with chairs to sit in the sun or have breakfast. The entire garden is at your disposal!

You can park in front of the door and get a parking ticket. There are also dune maps available for you!

Egmond aan Zee is a small, cozy coastal village, located directly on the sea and surrounded by protected dune area. An absolute must for a wonderful holiday. Relaxing on the beach, shopping in the cozy village center, people watching on the terrace and eating out in the evening in one of the many beach pavilions or restaurants.

From the summer house you can walk directly to the protected dune reserve or 3 minutes to the beach. The center with several shops, lovely terraces and restaurants to eat out is a 5-minute walk away.

For children there are 2 playgrounds in the neighborhood and a nice fish pond with goats and ducks!

I am Sabine and live with my husband and 2 kids in Egmond aan Zee. We have been living here since 2014 and enjoy this wonderful environment every day with the beautiful dune area opposite us and 300 meters away the beach with nice beach pavilions. The village itself is also cozy and we like to go there to grab a terrace or grab a bite to eat.
