If you go to Malecón 2000, calle Panamá and the traditional Barrio las Peñas, Puerto Santa Ana you are about 18/23 minutes. The Judicial Police, Consulate General of the United States, Estadio Monumental de Barcelona S. C. are also nearby on average about 15/19 minutes. Also very close is Puerto Azul, Cerro Azul, Samborondon, Urdesa, also along the road Daule nearby you have quick access to the Logistics area located on said road where important companies and factories operate. The company in charge of the security of the development where this property is located at the time of entering the gate may prohibit entry if they are detected, they will inform us and your reservation will be canceled immediately for breaking this property rule.
If you or someone accompanying you manages to circumvent the entry control and enter with firearms and someone later detects them (building staff, beach club, or a neighbor) or they are detected by the security cameras that guard the exteriors, we will inform the authorities and you will be evicted immediately for violating this agreement.
