A creative Studio Loft, perfect for artist and creative arts of all kinds. A sound proof loft setting located 10mins away from downtown Kitchener.

Featuring 3 different recording studios, space for video/ photo production, blogging, radio etc, and a additional large space for art design of all sorts

We also include a fully equipped kitchen
Two washrooms, 1 Full washroom , stand up shower, located upstairs in allocated area , additional washroom located down stairs , located in common area.

Plenty FREE parking.
