Smiths Lake is on the Barrington Coast in Worimi Country. Lake access is just steps from the driveway. Surf beaches (Seal Rocks, Bluey's and Cellito) are a 10 mins drive

Hillside behind the house is off limits due to potential hazards
There is no fence around property

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:

-Due to steep layout and many steps, this property is not recommended for young children or those who struggle with mobility.

-If you do choose to book with children, please be advised that the home has not been childproofed, i.e. furniture has not been fastened to walls, cleaning products could be accessible.

-Currently the area behind the house is off limits, as it is very steep and could contain hazards.

-This house is essentially a cabin in the bush. Despite professional cleaning and spraying, insects can creep in. Please keep doors closed to keep wildlife out.

-We do not supply beach towels

-Firewood is not supplied, but can be purchased locally

-There will be an outdoor security camera from Jan 2025.
