Located in the centre of Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake, our 1 Bedroom "1843" Guest Room is set in our historic Davy House. Steps to Queen Street, Shaw Theatres, Lake Ontario, shops, restaurants with a hot tub and seasonal putting green in our backyard outdoor oasis. Welcoming guests with:

Boasting the best location in Niagara-on-the-Lake, this Guest Room within our home is the perfect spot for up to 2 guests.

The space
Our luxury space is new to Airbnb and offers a private Guest Room within our shared home, with a private en-suite bathroom. Owners do live on site but have separate entry, and hallways, main level sitting and dining areas are open to guests but are shared spaces. The Guest Room and it's bathroom is 100% private to guests.

**we cannot welcome children or infants to this Guest Room. No exceptions to this we’re sorry to say.

We have two other Guest Rooms for rent in our home - which can be booked together with this one based on availability!

Complemented with WIFI, hairdryer, coffee station (only caffeinated coffee and tea, no creams or sugars), our space is just minutes by foot to Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake, Lake Ontario, all the Shaw theatres, restaurants, golf, shopping and 20 minutes by car to the famous Niagara Falls. With caring, honest hosts, we hope to welcome you to NOTL!

Guest access
Guests have complete access to the suite with private en-suite bathroom.

They also have access to the entry space, main level living and dining area, and front patio and backyard (hot tub, putting area, outdoor dining table) for outside enjoyment. These spaces can be shared with owners and other guests.

Owners spaces marked as PRIVATE are not accessible to guests.

During your stay
Our local property manager Erica is available for emergencies and questions during your stay and can be reached by phone and the Airbnb platform. As noted - owners live on site in separate area of the home. IG @rentalsniagara

Other things to note
- NOTE: there is NO kitchen, microwave or fridge in this Guest Room.
- Breakfast is not included.
- Owner lives in the north side house - noise may be heard.
- Check in is SELF entry and we will not meet you on arrival.
- We provide one towel and pillow per guest, a hand towel for the washroom.
- Niagara-on-the-Lake is a rural setting and there are various bugs in all seasons. This does not mean our home is not clean! Ensure doors and any unscreened windows are closed to avoid excess bugs.

I am a very proud Canadian, raised in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, where I now live with my husband on our second generation family fruit farm with our children and our Great Bernese dog Oswin. I am a devout Roger Federer fan and in my free time love playing cards with my daughters, cooking, and taking Oswin on long walks. My family has always been in the hotel business so therefore I have naturally felt drawn to working in the Hospitality sector. Meeting new people is something I love and feels organic to me! My education is in Business and in my late teens I was fortunate enough to partake in an International Management Program at Walt Disney World, studying their world-renowned training and hotel divisions.
