Nestled in the heart of Old Ocean Grove, in a small quiet street , is your next beach getaway. Spaciously designed to comfortably sleep two/three small families, including a kid's paradise in the backyard- you will be living it up amongst the treetops.

The space
As you enter this original , updated beach house you'll be welcomed by the expansive decking that wraps around the grand living area

The main part of the house consists of three double bedrooms, accompanied by a fully renovated kitchen, bathroom, and powder room. Attached to the main house (with a separate entrance) is the studio (with ensuite). There is NO direct door from main house to guest suite.
The decked area is private and overlooked by lovely trees/bushes, there are also sun loungers and a BBQ-all you need to bring is yourself and a cocktail.

The vast back yard has a Vuly trampoline and swing set (including basketball hoop), mud kitchen and sandpit- perfect for children of all ages.
Adults can also enjoy the warmth and glow of the outdoor fire pit.
The house is securely fenced with OSP spaces for multiple vehicles.

450 m to Blue Waters Lake walking tracks and easy proximity to local cafes, Barwon River and the beach.

We provide all linen and towels to ensure your stay is hassle free.
Furry pets are also welcome. BYO beach towels please.

Master- 1x Queen bed
Bedroom2- 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 3- 1x bunkbed with double bottom, single on top and a single trundle
Bedroom 4- (studio) -1x queen bed
Bathrooms- 1 in main house ( large shower and toilet plus vanity)
1x powder room with toilet and vanity
1x bathroom in studio (shower, toilet and vanity)

Split system air conditioners- 1 in the living area and 1 in each of the bedrooms (5 in total)

Children must be supervised at all times on play equipment- we will not held responsible for injuries or accidents.
No parties or events to be held at house. Smoking/vaping not allowed in house.
No bucks/hens groups.
