Our traditional riad, ideally located in the heart of the charming, car-free old town, is exclusively yours across four atmospheric floors. Two bedrooms and the top living room offer stunning sea views. With two more bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a ground-floor kitchen, it’s perfect for groups or families with older children (steep stairs!). Payment is accepted exclusively via Airbnb.

The space
This riad is located in the old town where no cars are allowed. The entire house is exclusively yours, spanning 4 floors with 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 people.

*Ground floor:* Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, cozy fireplace, and separate toilet.

*1st floor:* 2 bedrooms (3 single beds and 1 double bed) and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.

*2nd floor:* 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with double sinks and shower.

*Top floor:* A large living room with sea views and a pull-out sofa.

*Outdoor rooftop area:* A small corner for sunbathing and drying clothes.

*Mirador:* At the very top, accessible by ladder, a small windy terrace with panoramic views.

Please note, due to the steep stairs, this house is not suitable for small children or people with limited mobility.

Guest access
The entire riad is exclusively yours to enjoy and won’t be shared with other guests. Upon arrival, Fatima will either personally hand you the keys or provide you with the code to access the lockbox at the entrance.

Fatima is a skilled cook and can prepare various traditional Moroccan dishes. Please inform us well in advance, as she needs time to purchase and prepare fresh ingredients from the market. For breakfast, we recommend Pâtisserie Driss, which you can easily find on Google Maps.

Transport
We offer pick-up services: Marrakesh Airport to Essaouira: 700 dh (normal taxi) or 900 dh (minibus). Essaouira Airport to the medina: 200 dh (normal taxi) or 300 dh (minibus). Essaouira to Sidi Kaouki: 250 dh (normal taxi). Essaouira to Agadir Airport: 900 dh (normal taxi) or 1200 dh (minibus). A normal taxi is for up to 4 persons. A minibus is for up to 8 persons or if you have a lot of luggage such as kite equipment.

Massage
Wafaa offers excellent medical massages. A 1-hour session costs 400 dh and takes place in a nearby riad. Please let us know in advance if you are interested.

Important to note
The apartment is located on the second floor and there is no elevator. The stairs are somewhat steep, as is often the case in authentic riads. Therefore, this property is not ideal for people in wheelchairs, very young children (they must be supervised), or anyone who has difficulty walking. In addition, the medina is car-free.
