This home offers 3 bedrooms each with a ceiling fan and cupboards. 2 Bathrooms with the main en-suite with bath and shower and family bathroom with only a shower. Spacious open plan living space with a smart TV mounted on the wall. Fully functional kitchen with basic equipment. Scullery with a dishwasher and a wash/dryer to wash some clothes if needed.
Outside there is a gas braai with table and chairs.
Secure parking in the premises.
