Peace and quiet
Guests say this home is in a quiet area.
Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese and an excellent Morrisons Daily shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house.
It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc.
Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby.
Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.
The space
The property was converted from animal pens to accommodation during 2020 - 2021. There are two bedrooms with blackout blinds at the windows (we have very long days during the summer, here in Aberdeenshire ). The living room area is right next to the kitchen area, open plan. There is underfloor heating which keeps it cosy during the colder weather.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole cottage; also to the utility room between the cottage and the house. There is a small patio with table and seating
Other things to note
The bathroom does not have a bathtub, but does have a shower with excellent water pressure. There is a baby bath available
