The subdivision is still under development. Access to the house is via a road that has been damaged by urbanization work. Please drive slowly or at a walking pace. (about a hundred meters)
Even though the accommodation is close to the beaches, a vehicle is highly recommended to enjoy the nearby beaches, the port, etc.
Reminder: I have no contact with private drivers or vehicle rental agencies.

I would like to inform you that our remote surveillance system is in place to ensure the security of the property. Cameras are installed in the garage, on the top floor terrace, and in the outdoor courtyard, and are not connected during a reservation.
There are no cameras inside your unit.
