Thank you for looking at our 6/7 birth static caravan located near Gassin, St Tropez in The South of France.
4* Camping Parc Montana sets on a 31 hectare park scattered with oaks and centenary pine trees. From up a hill, the site dominates the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, near the typical village of Gassin. 4 km from the beaches of Les Marines de Cogolin, at 11 km from the beaches of Pampelonne, l’Escalet and Gigaros and at 7 km from the Plage du Débarquement.
The site is set amongst many trees .
The space
4* Camping Parc Montana in Gassin offers a great number of sports and leisure activities. There’s a mini-club for children with activities and play areas in a secured environment. Make use of the water park of 4* Camping Parc Montana, the sports facilities, the restaurant, bar and nightclub, the grocery shop … All you need is available; all that is left to do is just enjoy your holiday.
There is Wifi on the main site, but you need to pay for it and it is not very good.
You will need to take your own bedding
** Please note that the caravan park charge to use the pools and entertainment - This is Compulsory **
This is our holiday home , it’s could bits and bobs you would expect from a family holiday home . If you are looking for an empty standard basic caravan then ours is not for you .
The trees around the park give natural shade , but also cover the ground with pine cones etc when it’s windy or rains - the joy of nature

Please note. The Caravan Park itself will charge an extra fee to use the showers, pools, Gym, Tennis Courts etc and this is
4th April to 1st May - €80 per week per mobile home. ( Caravan )
2nd May to 3rd July - €90 per week per mobile home. ( Caravan )
4th July to 28th August - €110 per week per mobile home. ( Caravan )
All other weeks - €39 per week per mobile home. ( Caravan )
Other things to note
The Caravan has a fridge freezer, a cooker and an oven so if you want to cook for yourself and your guests you can. Within the Caravan there is more than enough plates and cutlery.
Please bring your own bed sheets and duvet covers. - Our Local Agents can supply these but you need to pay them separately.
There is no Coffe Maker .
There is a T, purely to play DVDs on.
you must pay your on site fees on arrival to use the pools, gyms ad vars etc.
The occupancy fees applicable to your rental consist of the following charges:
Tourist tax: €0.86 per adult, per day.
Eco-contribution (household waste collection tax): €0.50 per person (adults and children), per night.
Occupancy fee: €10.00 per accommodation, per night, outside July and August, and €20.00 per accommodation, per night, during July and August.
