Villa Clementine is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the sea but not far from all the amenities you will need during your holiday few restaurants and a supermarket - 7 min walk. Small convenience shop you can find in Eleni Village - 2 min walk. St George Hotel is 5 min walk away.
There are many other things that make Villa Clementine so family focused, like ceiling fans, (to avoid illnesses associated with air conditioning), dehumidifier, a shady secluded garden, parachute hammock, surprise gift boxes, and so much more which we would like you to discover by yourself to make your experience even more fun and exciting.
This is a bright and beautiful 2 floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa which sleeps a total of 7 people: 4 adults and 2 children and 1 infant. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a baby crib for even the smallest of guests. We have 100% cotton bedding, which we iron, and we provide both bath and beach towels to guests.
We have baby bath and all toilet sets have children’s seats, alongside the potty.
The whole villa is furnished in a boutique and modern style, yet very cosy and family-oriented. The living room is bright and open with lots of space for fun, games and entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utilities and utensils you would need so you can prepare a tasty family meal and enjoy it on the dining table. Blender and slow juicer are available.
One kitchen drawer and one cabinet are secured with safety catches. The two adult bedrooms are cosy and stylish, with double beds and laptop friendly workplaces.
House is great for remote working - with 200mb fiber internet, covering house and garden area. There are outdoor sockets, so you can comfortably work from the patio.
In the pink bedroom, the laptop workplace is stored inside the wardrobe and has 3 power sockets to charge all your devices. The bathrooms are bright and spotlessly clean, a perfect place to pamper yourself. Outside, there is a garden area with a patio, barbecue and a kid’s playground with a tent and a trampoline. The back garden is covered with decorative grass so kids can play safely and walk barefoot. There is a small paddling pool for the children in the garden so they can keep cool throughout the day. You can fill it up yourself from a water hose, so your kids play in fresh water. Water guns are also provided for added fun.
The most exciting part of the villa is definitely the kid’s bedroom with the 4 deck ship - you have to see it for yourself to truly understand its unique concept. Fitted with ropes and nets as well as nautical style treasures, Playship will entertain and educate your children, leaving you to rest.
Villa is good for winter stay too: equipped with dehumidifier and aircons offering a very comfortable stay.
Villa is surrounded with mature garden, with some bird nests and fruit trees.

Guest access
You will have access to all of the facilities and amenities in the entire villa including front and rear gardens and the balcony.
The whole place is yours to enjoy and discover its hidden gems while playing with your kids and family. You will get all the privacy and comfort of your own home. 200mb WiFi is available at all times. There is a free parking on the premises. The beach access is just 8 minutes walking distance.
Atlantica Akteon hotel is 100 meters away and usually allows use of the pool and facilities, when a drink or meal is purchased.
24/7 convenience store and a small supermarket are within a 7-minute walk.
Other things to note
This property is not suitable for parties or naked bathing in the garden. Strictly no pets - we have families with very young children coming over, some with allergies, so we do not allow animals. Pet fee €700.
Our cleaning charge is higher than standard for health and safety reasons of hosting families with young kids. We iron all bedding. Property contains a safe that can fit a laptop inside.
Villa is equipped with ultrasonic pest repellents - they should not be switched off or removed. There are CCTV cameras outdoors, for comfort and safety of our guests. Please do not feed local cats, as they will annoy guests.
Maximum weight limit on the deck of the ship is 110 kg. Children under 3 must be supervised at all times when on the playship. We do have small (but very interesting) items to keep your kids engaged. It is totally ok :) for your kids to take away some coins, maps, small toys.
Our closest beach, St George, is sandy beach with some rocks, clear water, fishes and great for snorkeling but better wear swimming shoes. Better sandy beaches are Venus beach and Coral Bay.
