The tastefully designed furnished space has a spacious living room, well-equipped Kitchen, Dining, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 3 Balconies, 43”SmartTV, Fridge, Washing Machine, Gas Stove, MW etc.

This beautiful apartment has 2 lovely bedrooms, a spacious living room, an equipped kitchen, dining area, 2 bathrooms and 3 balconies that offer the most breathtaking views of the surrounding green hills, swaying palms and magnificent rice fields.

✅ Comfortable 6 inch spring mattress with soft pillows, clean sheets, comforter.

✅ one attached to master bedroom and second right outside the 2nd bedroom.
✅ Geyser for hot shower, western commode, towels, shower gel, shampoo, handwash, toilet paper, bath slippers.
🧑🍳 Modular Kitchen is equipped with:
✅ 2 burner glass top gas stove, Microwave, Electric kettle, Refrigerator, Mixer grinder (2 jars), Water purifier
✅ Cooking utensils-rice cooker, pots, pans, tava, ladles, knife, peeler, chimta, belan, roti jali.
✅ Dinnerware-plates, bowls, cutlery, serving bowls, glassware (cups, glasses, beer mugs, wine glass, whiskey glass).
✅ Salt, sugar, tea, masala box and a little oil is provided to help you kickstart your cooking.
✅ Handwash, Dishwash, Kitchen napkin & Tissues.
✅ Kitchen cleaning is guest responsibility. All used cookware must be returned clean at check-out else charges of Rs.600 apply.
✅ Goa is prone to ants, so please avoid dropping food or leaving open food around-use refrigerator to store food and keep ants away.
Please note : In case of gas cylinder shortage, due to the current situation, induction stove will be provided instead.

✅ Boat rides are available to Butterfly beach & for Dolphin sighting. Early morning is a good time.

Hordes of restaurants, wine stores and vibrant shopping areas are within walking distance. In fact the biggest wine store in Palolem & a highly rated mollu’s classic restaurant (across the street) is right at our complex entrance!
