While the apartment is 5 mins walking distance from bars and restaurants (so-called "party district"), yet it is in a calm and safe neighbourhood in a park.

The house was built in 1888 so its condition is OK considering its age and the two World Wars it survived, but is not a new house: we are on it to improve :)
