2 Sunny, quiet twin bedrooms with lovely views. 2 km from the historic center of Avignon, the house is also close to public transport and shops. You will appreciate the comfort of the bedding and the retro charm of the private floor which consists of two bedrooms each with a double bed. One overlooks the large terrace and has the ensuite bathroom with toilet.
Perfect for couples, travelers in pairs, trios, or families with 1 or 2 children

The space
Both bedrooms are the only rooms upstairs in our house. They are therefore well separated from common areas, quiet, air-conditioned and facing south with unobstructed views to the Alpilles.
The master bedroom with a queen bed in 160cm has a large storage chest. It opens directly onto the terrace and bathroom equipped with toilet and bath.
The second bedroom has a 140cm bed. It has a small desk, wardrobe and storage with drawers. There are also games, toys, and books.
The terrace is reserved for you for a small sunbathing or evening herbal tea.
There is also everything you need to prepare your breakfasts in the laundry room on the ground floor that overlooks the courtyard.

Guest access
If you have a car, you can park it for free at the cul-de-sac 20 meters from the house.

Breakfast is not included but the bistro and bakery 5 minutes' walk away are perfect for a gourmet breakfast.

The house is sheltered from the Mistral on the hillside overlooking Avignon and the Rhone. In the last century, adjoining the bourgeois houses and the follies of the 1930s, this part of the hill housed the gardens and cabins of the Avignonese who came to rest there at the weekend. The neighborhood is now very urbanized but has retained its serene countryside atmosphere in the middle of the city.
