Ground floor cottage located in Vila Monções, which is in the best location of Luís Correia, famous Coconut Tree. Complete space with everything you and your family need. Complete set of dishes, cutlery, microwave, refrigerator, sandwich maker, blender, split and smart TV in all rooms, including the living room, bed linens, etc.

The Chalet is located in a building with 3 other chalets. Super close to the best points of Coqueiro beach and less than 100 meters from the sea.
