Located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, Casa Safia is a lovely two-floors flat that combines comfort, convenience, and charm.
On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a cozy living room, and a small balcony.
The Kitchen is equipped with an Electric Stove, Oven, Fridge-Freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, and all the basic cooking utensils such as Pots, Pans, Kitchen Towels, Glasses, Plates, Cutlery, and more.
The Living Room features a Sofa, a Dining Table with four chairs, a Smart TV, Air Conditioning, and a Utility Closet with a Washing Machine. It also has direct access to a small Balcony with a Table and two Stools - ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink.
On the second floor, there are Two Bedrooms:
- One with a Double Bed (160x190 cm), Built-in Wardrobe, and Air Conditioning;
- The other with a Single Bed (90x190 cm), Built-in Wardrobe, and Air Conditioning.
This floor also includes a Bathroom with a Shower and has a Heated Towel Rail.
Free public parking is available nearby.
