The space
There are four bedrooms, all with a double bed — in two of them there is also a single bed for greater convenience. Each room has air-conditioning, a smart TV and a complete set of bed and bath linens, ensuring quiet and comfortable nights.
Please note: only one of the rooms is an en-suite, the others do not have a private bathroom.
Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom on the second floor, and the bedroom on the first floor has a social bathroom with a shower next to it.
The large, integrated living room is an invitation to interaction: a welcoming space connected to the gourmet kitchen that is the true heart of the house. Modern and equipped with complete utensils, essential appliances, oven and barbecue grill, this kitchen was made to transform meals into memorable and special moments.
Outside, the private pool is an irresistible invitation to refreshing dips, while the barbecue next door creates the ideal setting for lively gatherings between family and friends.

Guest access
Access and check-in at Casa Valentina
Check-in is done in a practical and safe way through self check-in. There is no in-person reception, guaranteeing you total privacy and autonomy to arrive at the most convenient time, starting at 2 p.m.
The day before your arrival, you will receive a PDF with all the instructions, including:
Password to access the external safe where the house key will be.
Detailed location of the property.
House rules for your stay.
Check out: the key must be returned to the same safe, with the secret scrambled. We ask that the departure be communicated immediately so that we can collect the key.
Parking: the house does not have a garage, but it is possible to park in front of the houses or nearby.
The neighborhood is residential, quiet and even today there have been no complications. We emphasize, however, that we are not responsible for any damage to vehicles.
Everything has been designed to make your stay peaceful, comfortable and full of good times!

Instructions for your stay at Casa Valentina
We want your stay to be quiet and enjoyable. For this, we ask for attention to some guidelines:
The pool is maintained on Mondays and Fridays by a trusted professional, ensuring proper hygiene.
We do not offer cleaning service during the stay.
There is no replacement or exchange of linens (towels and sheets) during the stay.
Breakfast is not included.
The outlets have a voltage of 127W.
Guests are responsible for bringing all personal items.
We provide basic items such as trash bags, amenities, olive oil, vinegar and salt. There is no replacement of these items throughout the stay.
We accept up to 2 small pets per booking. A one-time fee of R$200.00 per pet is charged.
We do not provide beach or pool towels, coolers or beach chairs.
The internet and energy can fluctuate on raining days or strong winds. We recommend not to leave appliances connected to the outlet in these situations.
We are not responsible for items forgotten or damaged in the event of a fall or oscillation of energy.
At check-out, check that you have not forgotten personal belongings, as mail is the guest's responsibility.
Any property damage will be reported and charged via AirCover.
Flexibility in check-in and checkout depends on occupancy and can only be confirmed the day before.
We do not make cancellations due to rainfall.
