Wake up to Volcán Agua, Acatenango, and Fuego from your own private patio. Casa Eloise is a modern colonial townhome in a quiet, gated community just 10 minutes from UNESCO-listed Antigua Guatemala. Four bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably. Ideal for families, friend groups, and remote-work crews who want space, safety, and unforgettable volcano views. Enjoy a dedicated workspace, fast WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and 24/7 security. This isn't a hotel — it's a home with soul, ready to welcome you.
The space
Casa Eloise is a 120 m² colonial townhome spread across two floors, in the boutique 34-home community of Barrio Entre Flores. Authentic colonial architecture meets modern, well-kept finishes throughout.
Four bedrooms comfortably sleep 6: a master suite with volcano views and its own full bathroom, a queen bedroom, a bunk room the kids will love, and a convertible studio with a full bathroom that opens directly onto the patio.
The heart of the home is the private patio — your front-row seat to Agua, Acatenango, and Fuego. Morning coffee here is the reason people book. Inside, a dedicated workspace with terrace access and fast WiFi means you can actually get work done, and the fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from market-fresh breakfasts to a full family dinner.
Guest access
You'll have the entire home to yourselves — all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and the private patio. Private parking is included: one car fits inside the property, with additional guest parking available in the community.
As a guest you also have access to the community's green areas, and week pass to Club 14 Tennis & Pickleball are available on request. Additional cleaning and an in-home massage can be arranged on request as well.
Other things to note
Casa Eloise sits in a gated community with 24/7 security, so you can relax the moment you arrive. Self check-in with a smart lock makes late arrivals easy — perfect after an evening of Semana Santa processions.
The neighborhood is quiet to moderate. You may hear neighborhood dogs in the early morning or evening, and distant music during festival season — part of the charm of living where locals live, away from downtown traffic.
We're a bilingual US/Guatemalan host team and are quick to respond in English or Spanish. Bienvenidos.
