The house is located in a privileged region of São Sebastião, in a high standard neighborhood and a few meters from the famous Arrastão Beach.

Praia do Arrastão is the best known in the central region of the city, appreciated for its calm sea, its structure of kiosks, championships of Beach Tennis and a boardwalk that stretches all over the beachfront.

Access to this beach can be given by the sand strip itself in front of the house or by the avenue (taking only 1 minute by car).

The house has a complete structure of furniture, utensils and appliances, offering total comfort and practicality during the stay.
