Neighborhood is part of Chacomús Historic Center. A very well-kept place and appreciated by its inhabitants. Full of perfumes of flowers and trees like jacarandáes, tipas, and linden trees.
A few blocks from the Lagoon , the Chapel of the Blacks, the house of Casco, the Club de Raúl Alfonsín, the Palta Club, the Pampeano Museum, the Municipality, the Brazzola Theatre.
The neighborhood is equipped with shops that may be of interest , useful and solve various aspects of the guest's life in their stay by Chascomús.
On the corner of the house , Moreno and Jorge Newbery have butcher, grocery store, and pantry. Three blocks away on Calle Mitre there is supermarket "Superchas", in front of the Municipality a super Maxiquiosko : "lo de Aldo " or the "kioscacho Mitre".
