3 queen bedrooms, main with ensuite, 4th bed with 2 single beds. Open plan living & dining room, separate sunroom & reading room. Perfect for families & small groups. 2.5 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of parking. BBQ & fire pit (seasonal). House dogs by request.

The space
Callie Rose Lovedale is a country style homestead set on private 5 acres with expansive mountain views, multiple living areas, and 4 comfy bedrooms with quality linens. Callie Rose is set between Capercaillie Wines & adjacent to Brycefield Estate, a short walk to Allandale Wines.

Multiple living areas including lounge, dining, sunroom and reading room. Big verandahs front and back, lounge, sunroom and master bedroom all open to verandah overlooking the green paddocks, dam, vineyard & mountains. Enjoy a glass of local wine & cheese plate outdoors (by the fire-pit in winter) whilst watching the incredible sunsets. Guests have exclusive use of the entire house. BBQ and timber trestle table & chairs undercover in huge shed with power. Outdoor furniture on verandah and cast iron set in garden, ideal for drinks overlooking the huge garden and beautiful views.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of Callie Rose house and 5 acres including shed with BBQ, firepit and lighting. Abundant off street parking for vehicles.

Small indoor house dogs are by request & extra cleaning fees may apply, if required.

There is parking right at the front door with a solid ramp up to the verandah & door and accessibility hand rails in the main ensuite bathroom.

Strictly No smoking inside premises or on timber verandas. All butts must be placed in sealed container in the outside bin.

Other things to note
Breakfast goodies supplied, seasonal fruit, yoghurt, muesli, bacon, eggs, jam, orange juice, milk & bread, usually enough for a big cook up for the whole group. Vittoria coffee machine with pods & specialty teas.

2.5 bathrooms with quality linens, shampoos, hand soaps, & toiletries. Living room with JBL speaker with charger.

We use professional laundry & cleaners & provide hand sanitiser for guests use.

Please note : if you book for 4 guests a maximum of 4 guests may stay. If all 5 beds are used, you will be charged for an extra person. Only people on your booking are allowed onsite without prior consent.

Special events &/or weddings or parties are strictly by prior arrangement. Additional charges will apply. Please contact us separately to enquire before booking. Caravans are Strictly by prior arrangement only.

Neighborhood highlights

Rurally positioned amongst other vineyards (adjoining Capercaillie & Brycefield, walk to Allandale) and beautiful acreage homes, with expansive mountain views, wide open spaces plenty of room for kids, picnics by the dam or playing outdoor games. Please note there are several deep dams on ours and adjoining properties (Small children should be supervised). Quiet rural location with country outlook & vineyard views. Lots of bird life and kangaroos & hot air balloons most weekend mornings/early!. Very short drive to Crowne Plaza & Broke Road.

After travelling to the hunter valley for many years & dreaming of a tree change, we finally left Sydney and moved to Lovedale 8 yrs ago. We live locally & enjoy everything the hunter has to offer and love discovering new things to do & places to visit, including fabulous wineries and restaurants & local producers. We love helping new guests discover our beautiful Hunter Valley. Always happy to provide local recommendations.
