Carefully restored traditional, charming house in Porto

- we are at about an hour by public transport to the center of Lisbon, 30 minutes by car
- the access to the bedroom is through a steep narrow staircase
- this is a house in the country side with no stores, bars, restaurants, etc at walking distance
- the height of the doors is 1m80
- we have 1 bed and 1 comfortable sofa bed
- over the entire north area of Caparica, Almada and West Lisbon there are flights passing by (700 meters altit)

The space
We keep all as authentic and sustainable as possible to create your happy home. We are aware of the impact of tourism and do our share to reduce it and make sure locals benefit from us and your stay.

You stay in a typical Portuguese house built in the early 1900s renovated in 2024 with traditional and/or ecological materials and techniques.

We go for an authentic experience with electrics we deem necessary so we have no:
- espresso machine but a Bialetti pot you put on the stove or a French press
- dishwasher

We go for ecological options including zero waste products so we use no toilet fresheners, no small plastic shampoo or shower bottles etc.

We provide:
- natural shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, cotton swabs, make up pads
- variety of teas & coffees, cacao

Guest access
You have access to the entire house and terrace privately apart. 1 room is closed, we keep our stock in that office.

Other things to note
You can drop off luggage as of 13:00, house ready at 16:00. The door height is 1m80 (70") and there is a steep staircase to the room with small opening.
