The space

Should you want 100% privacy, you'll barely notice them. Should you want tips from a local Tico, Marvin is there to help!

Guests can use the entire grounds except the area around Marvin's house. The property is 75,000 sq.ft..
Other things to note
The a/c is for sleeping only. They can be started around dinner time. There is a large unit on the main floor and one upstairs. We have many fans for downstairs and outside. If you want to run the a/c during the day, there will be an extra cost of $20/day.
No smoking in the house, outside only please.
