We want our guests to feel safe! We clean and disinfect after each rental.
3-story house with garage. Living/dining room with glass door overlooking the ocean. Direct access to the beach from the terrace. Fireplace. Renovated and well-equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and an attic with a double bed. All mattresses are brand new. 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. A community pool with a children's area. SUP board available to our guests.
The space
The house has an East-West orientation, which allows fresh currents to be generated throughout the house even in the middle of August. From the main terrace overlooking the ocean, you can see the lilies growing on the dune from the rocking chair. On the other hand, the terrace located to the west is an excellent counterpoint to the other 3 to enjoy a sunny afternoon when temperatures drop. Enjoy the covered terrace on the second floor overlooking the ocean on winter days.
The house can accommodate 6 people (up to 8 with children). We also have a travel crib for babies.
Towels and bedding sets are made available to guests free of charge, as well as a number of complimentary items such as coffee, extra virgin olive oil, etc. A SUP board is available for our guests free of charge. We have recently installed solar panels so part of the electricity consumption during your stay will be produced by the wonderful Valencian sun.
There is also internet (100 Mbps) and a 40" TV with a Chromecast. There is an extra €15 for the wood for the fireplace.
Guest access
In the residential development there is a community pool, open from June 15 to September 15. It has a shallow area for kids.
Within a 300-meter radius of the house there is a supermarket, a pharmacy and a bar-restaurant. There is also a small park with swings and a special floor for children to play. There is a health post two blocks from the house, and a stand that sells freshly made churros in summer.
In El Perelló (2.5 km), you will find all kinds of amenities typical of a medium-sized coastal town: shops, restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlors as well as small fishmongers that sell freshly caught seafood. The village has its own port and yacht club.
Sueca is the most important town in the area, and is located about 10km away. There is a chocolate museum that attracts the sweetest public.
Within a 15 km radius of the house there is also an equestrian center (Devesa Gardens), a golf course (Parador El Saler) and a water park (Aquópolis). There is also a center specializing in water sports.
Other things to note
The house is located on the Costa de Azahar. This region is known for its beautiful rice fields and fishing villages. Between the rice fields and the sea there is a beautiful natural park called La Albufera. It is a freshwater lagoon that serves as a refuge for migratory birds; it is 10 km from the house. Inside the Albufera park there is a small town called El Palmar, with numerous restaurants famous for their delicious rice dishes and other delicacies of Valencian cuisine.

Where you’ll be
Sueca, Valencian Community, Spain
Playa del Perelló is a local beach, not overcrowded, that received the Q” of Tourism Quality in 2010; it is formed by very fine sand that extends over about 3 kilometers. The breeze that comes from the Garbí refreshes in a pleasant way in the afternoons, favoring water sports.
The El Calderer development is a small development, and the beach area in front is little known, which allows even in August to extend the towel on the water's edge, enjoying personal space. The water is usually very clean, and fishy can often be seen on the shore. The underwater beach is kept for a while, allowing children to easily stand. Early in the morning you can catch the tellinas that are hidden in the sand for the midday snack.
