Take in a deep breath and inhale the fresh air. Stop in your tracks and reconnect back to nature. Time slows down in this place.

The space
Nestled amongst 72 acres of rolling hills, this cozy two bedroom self contained unit is the country escape you have been longing for. Wake up to the fresh clean air of the Aussie bush and the sounds of the local birdlife. Be greeted by the abundance of natural wildlife which includes Kangaroos, Possums, Echidnas, Eagles and four resident Wombats (plus so much more).

Backing onto the Eusdale Nature reserve, the option for exploring the natural untouched surrounds will keep you occupied or explore the land and be amazed at the many different faces it presents. Adventure to the top of the property at 1200 metres above sea level and watch the sunset over the horizon like a curtain being drawn over the land.

Enjoy fresh eggs from the chooks or feed our two hairy lawn mowers with a chin rub at the same time!

Be lucky enough to witness the calmness of a snow soaked landscape and hear the crunch under your feet as you explore its magic.

Or if you prefer, simply curl up with a good book and a cup of tea and watch the clouds float by the window. Sometimes it feels like they are so close you can touch them.

ACCOMODATION

A brand new kitchen complete with oven, stove top, fridge and dishwasher will ensure you have the hearty country cooking down pat.

Master room houses a King bed with high quality professional cleaned linen and block out blinds for a quiet sleep in.

Second bedroom contains an Ultra Plush King Single with high quality linen.

Wifi is included with your stay as some phone providers do not service the area.

EV CHARGING
The property welcomes EV’s and there is a 22kw Zappi charger available to use and complimentary with your stay. Charge your car securely in a private single lock up garage connected to the accomodation. Access to the property is via a sealed bitumen driveway.

LOCATION
Located 35km from Lithgow and 25km from Bathurst, Yetholme is 1180 metres above sea level and one of the highest points in the region. It is a great spot to explore the Central West. Billy Foxren is located an easy 7 minute drive from the Highway along sealed roads right to the front door.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy the entire cottage to themselves during their stay. You are welcome to explore the surrounding area. Take a trip down to the dam and sit under the gazebo or explore the top of the property views to die for!

There is also a basketball court on site should you wish to burn some energy shooting hoops.

Other things to note
The property shares a driveway with the main residence located 20 metres away. The owners live on site and will be around during your stay should you require anything.

Billy is too far out of town for Uber/Pizza deliveries (welcome to country living!) so please keep that in mind should you require food during your stay. Milk, Coffee, Tea, Fruit, Porridge and fresh bread will be provided for your first morning.
