Brand new sustainably built wooden house with 100 m² of living space in Scheffau am Tennengebirge - in the Lammer Valley, the Lammer (river) is within walking distance and in 2 minutes you are at a natural swimming lake.

The stylish cozy house for up to six people is located in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by meadows and forest, surrounded by mountains.

The space
All three bedrooms are equipped with 160 cm wide box spring beds.

The master bedroom has an integrated bathroom with toilet and shower, as well as a clothes rack and a chest of drawers.

For the other two bedrooms, there is another bathroom with a toilet and shower. In each room there is a clothes rack and a shelf.

On the first floor is a spacious dining area, a cozy living room with couch and TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
