The space
Our property is situated in the heart of the well known, affluent and leafy suburb of Remuera. The home is complete and standalone, with a section size of 300m2+. The home is split across 3 levels.
Parking is available outside of the home, with a single car internal garage opposite the ground floor entryway.
Upstairs you'll enjoy separated living and dining spaces, with a formal lounge & dining table in front with balcony views across Remuera, kitchen & informal living + entertainment at the back. To the right, 3 generous bedrooms, one with bi-fold doors leading out to the beautiful entertainment area with pool and patio. All bedrooms come equipped with double wardrobe, 3 of the 4 bedrooms have their own heat pump (air conditioning).
The living area next to the kitchen has a Samsung 55" Smart OLED Television, with connections available to all your favorites using the built-in App Store. You can also Mirror your phones screen with the built in AirPlay (for Apple devices) app, allowing you to easily connect to all your favorite content providers.
There is also a Bose Media System providing 5.1ch Sound to the double height ceiling, creating rich sound. Play music from your phone and stream via the TV’s sound system.
Upstairs in the master suite you'll enjoy a large bedroom, work desk, walk in wardrobe and bathroom with shower. In addition, a 55" TV fitted with Google TV & Chromecast with 2.1ch Soundbar & Subwoofer. The balcony leading off the master captures beautiful sunlight throughout the day.
The home receives excellent WiFi speeds, and is the perfect option for Corporate, Executive and High End families traveling, in addition to groups who enjoy the finer things.
In the kitchen you'll find all the important basics, including a 4 burner gas hob, dishwasher, food scraps insinkerator, Nespresso Latissima Coffee Machine with milk foamed for the perfect morning brew, Double Door Fridge with water and ice maker (cubed or crushed), NutriNinja Blender & Food Processor (for chopping), Soda Maker , and tea, coffee and sugar and milk provided for your stay.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and property grounds, pool, sauna and internal garage, except for the downstairs suite, on the ground floor (See Additional Photos: you can add this to your booking for a fee).
Please note: Heating of the pool is an additional charge, starting at $150
You'll find ample space at our location to relax and enjoy your visit without the hustle and bustle of inner city Auckland.
Other things to note
POOL & SAUNA
The pool and water fountain are unheated as standard for your stay*. If you require heated use of the pool, there will be a fee in order to heat the pool for your stay. Ask us about this.
The sauna is free to use as part of the nightly cost, this is for use only by adults.
HEATING & COOLING
The home has 5 Heat Pumps (Air Conditioners) with 3 on the first floor: 1 in the primary informal lounge & kitchen, and 1 in the bedroom leading off of the patio, and another in the bedroom leading off the balcony. There are also two working fire places in both living areas**
We also provide heaters for your use in any other spaces needing additional warmth.
*Heating of the pool starts at $140 per night due to gas consumption costs.
**While the fire places are fully functional, if you would like use of these, please let us know so we can educate you on the safety and use of them both.
