Our beautiful chalet with 4 bedrooms is made of traditional materials, mainly wood & stone. It’s surrounded by trees and a cliff. It's a place where you can truly unwind & recharge!

In the winter❄️: The ski lift to Avoriaz/Portes du Soleil is 700m away (easy walk or free shuttle 100m away). You can ski back to 200m of the chalet (easy off piste)

In the summer☀️🌺: hikes start just 3min away

Downtown Morzine is only 5min away by car or a few stops with the free shuttle (runs in winter/summer)

The space
In total, they are four bedrooms to accommodate eight guests, two full bathrooms with WC and bathtubs, and one WC with sink (in the dorm above storage room).
Three bedrooms are in the main chalet and one bedroom/dorm is above the storage room (accessed through a different door right next to main chalet door)

Ground floor:
- Entrance with closet
- Living room with leather sofas
- Dining room with large wood table
- Open kitchen fully equipped
- Bedroom with double bed
- Ensuite bathroom with toilet

First floor:
- 2 bedrooms with double beds and closets
- Bathroom with toilet (and an amazing view!)

Storage/garage and extra bedroom/dorm:
- You can use the space to store your ski boots, hang your ski clothes, helmets. Note: it is NOT allowed to store skis, ski poles, or bikes in this space. There are locked closets and storage space outside for these (metal closet at the entrance for skis/ski poles and big container at the back of the chalet for bikes)
- This is also from where you access the extra bedroom/dorm with 2 matrasses. Note that the stairs are steep, hence not suited to small children.

Terrasse:
- 100 square meters of private terrasse for eating or resting (table, chairs, lounge chairs, BBQ available in the garage for guests to use)

Parking (outdoor):
- You can park one car on our private parking by the terrasse next to the chalet (close to the fence) and one on the grass area by the trees facing our chalet. Please be careful not to drive into the terrasse when you park.

Guest access
Our guests can access the whole chalet and the garage/storage room, except one room on the 1st floor of the chalet that is locked and forbidden access and back room in the garage/storage area.

Other things to note
This is our special family chalet. We love it and we hope you'll love it too. We ask you to please treat it like your own. Please do not store skis or bikes inside the main chalet or storage room. Lockers are available outside for skis and bikes.

The chalet is made only of the wood and stone, with even a rare wooden roof (called "tavaillons" in French).

The nature surrounding the chalet is truly breathtaking between cliffs, forest, and a little torrent. Yet you are very close to ski (almost ski back to chalet) and 5min from Morzine's many bars, restaurants, shops, swimming pool, etc. by car.

If you like nature, sport, but also enjoy good restaurants and a nice drink not far away, this is your place! Note that in the winter the fast ski lift to Avoriaz (6min to reach Avoriaz only) is open as late as midnight on some weekend nights.

Neighborhood highlights

You're in the forest, by the cliff, with only 3 chalets that you can see around ours. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place, yet close to ski lift (700m or free shuttle 100m away) and you can easily ski back right next to the chalet (200m via easy off piste through the fields at the end of the blue piste coming down from Avoriaz).
You can hear the water stream that runs close to the chalet in the forest.
We have a large private area next to the chalet where you can eat outside.
