Esmeralda Beach Club and Restaurant is open daily from 8 AM to 7 PM. The kitchen closes at 6 PM. It has restrooms and showers.

For your convenience, if you arrive earlier than the regular check-in time at 3 pm, you can stay in and enjoy the Beach Club. We'll let you know when the apartment is clean and ready.

Non-Airbnb external guests must pay a day pass to use the Beach Club facilities, which is consumable at the restaurant for US$40 (adults) and $20 (children under 11 years old).

Access to Dominicus public beach (25-minute walk along the shore through 5 resorts.)

Esmeralda Beach Club has an exchange program with La Estancia Golf Club's restaurant "Terraza 19 Bar & Grill" (a 20-minute drive), where you will get a 5% discount (cash only). Please, make reservations through Esmeralda Beach Club's manager.

Other things to note
The condominium is under development until December 2025, which may result in some daytime noise and the presence of workers. Rest assured that the property remains safe and secure, and workers are courteous and respectful.

On the bright side, you'll have exclusive access to the only private Beach Club in the entire Dominicus-Bayahibe area, making your stay unique and special.

Our beach has some reefs close to the shore, however, there are clear sandy pathways without reefs that allow easy access to the sea. Beyond the reefs, you'll find a sandy seabed, perfect for swimming and relaxing. 😎

Pets are not allowed in the condominium.

Dominicus is a laid-back beach and resort town famous for its white sand beach, turquoise water, and unforgettable sunsets. Italian immigrants were among the first to move to and invest in Dominicus.

You'll find Italian and local restaurants less than a 5-minute drive away or 25-minute walk along the beach, crossing a few all-inclusive resorts (Sunscape, Catalonia, Dreams, Iberostar).

Dominicus has a public beach next to the iconic blue and white lighthouse (Iberostar). There's also a Casino on the main road (Carretera Bayahibe) that opens at 8 pm.

Bayahibe ("Enchanted Town"), a fishing town is just a 7-minute drive away. There are also great Italian and local restaurants in Bayahibe, including on its public beach next to the Marina. You'll experience the lifestyle of an authentic small Dominican town. All tours to Saona Island leave from Bayahibe Marina -even if you are in Punta Cana or La Romana, so staying in Dominicus makes more sense if you want to go to Isla Saona.
