Our home offers panoramic sea views over the Indian Ocean and stunning sunset views over the rolling sugarcane hills.

It's a brand new apartment, with all new furnishings, a large balcony and braai area, outdoor seating and dining table for up to 8 guests.

We have 24hr security guards and a gatehouse, it's a 2 minute stroll down from the apartment to the communal swimming pool & clubhouse with sun loungers.

We love our South African home and have made it chic and modern, with a cozy feel.

The space
Our apartment has 3 king bedrooms each with access to a private bathroom and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms have direct access onto a balcony.

From the lounge, the glass doors to the balcony fully slide open to allow for a true indoor/outdoor living experience.

Brand new appliances, including 55" TV, bluetooth speaker, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, SMEG induction hob and gas braai.

The whole space is yours to enjoy. We only keep one cupboard locked in the hallways with our personal items.

Sibaya is a brand new precinct just north of the city of Durban and only a 10min drive to King Shaka International Airport.

Balize Private Estate, in Sibaya, is 5 minutes drive down to Umdloti with its lovely beaches, forest walks and cafes. 15 minutes away to the south is Umhlanga Rocks - with large shopping centres, a seafront boardwalk, multiple restaurants and boutiques. 20 minutes to the north is Ballito with it's chick lifestyle centre and some of the best beaches along the Dolphin Coast.

Our local shopping mall is Marine Drive, just a quick 4 minute drive down the back track with small Woolworths, a really big Spar, Dischem pharmacy, Laundry Service, Nail & Massage boutique and some fantastic restaurants and bars.
