What's the atmosphere like?
Step back in time with a touch of modern comfort! Our space boasts an unconventional and cozy atmosphere with a "blast from the past" feel. Imagine capiz windows filtering light, warm wooden furniture, and a delightful rural Filipino vibe. It's a charming blend of old Filipino culture and modern amenities, offering a truly unique and cozy atmosphere.
The Space:
How big is the studio unit? - It's a compact 22.95 sqm space, but it's well-equipped for a comfortable stay. Bed size is 60x75" or 152cm x 190.5cm.
What amenities are included?
Unwind on your private mini balcony with a city view and hammock.
We've equipped the space with a smart projector free streaming services such as Disney + and Amazon Prime (No Netflix). And a high-speed 200Mbps Wi-Fi (WOOFY).
Functional kitchen, dining/ cooking utensils, yoga mats, weights, iron, hairdryer, automatic washing machine, folding tables & chairs, air fryer, coffee maker, and over 150 additional items for your comfort (just like our previous guest said in a review, we have nearly everything you might need – except a TV)
Location:
Where is the unit located? - It's on the 21st floor of SMDC AIR RESIDENCES in Makati City, near Ayala Ave, Makati Med, and RCBC Plaza. The Trident Tower testing center is a short walk away (6-7 minutes).
What entertainment options are there? Unlimited WOOFY 200Mbps WiFi, 2 units of projectors for movie nights. Again, we do NOT have TV.
What extras are included?
Complimentary brewed coffee, towels, robes, slippers, toothbrush & toothpaste, and a faucet-mounted water purifier (IVO Made in Japan).
What optional services are available?
Home service massage/spa, laundry services, and private parking (fee applies).

Guest Access and Check-In/Out:
What's the check-in/out time?
Check-in is after 2:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am.
Early check-in or extended stay may be available for a fee (ask in advance).
How do I access the unit?
You'll receive a digital lock code and an access card with a lanyard upon confirmation. Remember to leave the card inside upon check-out to avoid a replacement fee.

What amenities does the Air Residences offer?
Our condo offers guests a wealth of amenities, including a playground, adult and children's swimming pools, and an eighth-floor lounge area. For your convenience, Air mall and Savemore grocery are located on the ground floor.
Stepping outside Air Residences, you'll find even more options right beside "The Rise", such as a BPI bank, dental clinic, diagnostic center, gym, and various restaurants.
Can I use the swimming pool?
Yes, for a fee (PHP 150/head weekdays/weekends, PHP 300/head holidays). The pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning and is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm Tuesday to Sunday. Sunbathing spots may be limited.
Can I get more towels or sheets?
Yes, just let us know, and there may be an additional fee.
Can I access extra storage?
Please don't open unmarked storage spaces. Let us know if you need extra linens.
Does our building offer luggage early drop-off or storage services?
Unfortunately, our building does not currently offer luggage early drop-off or storage services. However, we can connect you with third-party providers who offer these services for a fee. Please let us know in advance if you'd like us to help coordinate this for you.
What safety measures are in place?
The unit has a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, mini safe, and emergency rechargeable lights.
Do you offer cleaning services?
For stays of 14 nights or more, cleaning and restocking are provided mid-stay. For shorter stays, cleaning happens after check-out. Let us know if you have any special requests.

Guest Identification:
Provide valid government ID with a photo for security purposes.
Security Deposit: An optional Php 2,000 deposit may be requested (refundable within 24 hours of check-out if no damages).
Parking:
Public parking is available at the Air Mall basement. Private parking is available with advance notice (fees apply).
Deliveries:
Deliveries are received on the 2nd floor, not the main lobby.
Other things to note
Bathroom Bliss/ Keeping it Flowing:
Please dispose of napkins and other bulky items in designated bins to avoid clogging. If necessary, try dissolving tissues in water before flushing. Clogged drains may incur additional charges.
Fresh Shower, Fresh Start:
Close the shower drain after use to prevent unpleasant odors. Open it during showers to allow water to flow freely.
