Quality was the choice for this project. The condominium is in a prime location and is super-equipped!

The space
Aurora is a family business and we've worked hard to offer a fully equipped kitchen. We have a kettle, sandwich maker, oven, blender, microwave, ice maker, coffee maker, high-quality pots and dishes, washer and dryer, and more.

Our room features a high-quality pocket-coil mattress, high-thread-count pure cotton towels and sheets, super-quiet air-conditioning, and noise-resistant and blackout curtains.

Our bathroom has hot water, a hairdryer, a hygienic toilet seat cover, and we provide hotel shampoo and soap :)

Our balcony has a table and chairs for that sunset wine or sunrise breakfast, overlooking the city's dawn.

Our building has an excellent structure, with a semi-Olympic swimming pool, game room, spa, mini-market, laundry, co-working and meeting rooms, and even sports courts.

Our sofa can have the mattress removed and turned into a bed for children. Adults who wish to share the stay must select the 3 guests option.

Every detail has been carefully considered. We are not a company and we value the quality of your stay.

Guest access
The guest must share documentation to register for access to the condominium and the Studio.

The building is new and guest access is through a beautiful entrance, with a fast and modern elevator, as well as easy access to the rotating parking lot.

Check-in and check-out are 100% automated and all common areas of the building, including the hallway and entrance to the apartment, are monitored by cameras, in addition to 24-hour security and a concierge.

We have a flexible policy for PETs and additional guests, but we do not allow lies. Contact us for more details.

We will request photographs of the PETs to analyze the possibility of their stay.

Other things to note
The apartment is documented before the guest's arrival, for all reservations, and the conditions of the equipment, accessories, furniture and structure are recorded. The guest is responsible for their care.
