Lomas de Comanjilla is a country subdivision located in León Gto, it has 24/7 surveillance, it has an excellent location, just 10 minutes from shopping plazas and outlets in León, 10 minutes from BJX airport, 30 minutes from Guanajuato Capital, 15 minutes from Puerto Interior and Parque PILBA.
The space
The property has an area of 350 m2 and is fully furnished.
The house offers accommodation for 6 people, and up to 6 visitors are allowed. You are asked to register the total number of people who will be staying at the property (guests + visitors) in order to receive the correct rate. The entry of additional persons to this number without prior authorization, may result in cancellation of the reservation or additional charge.

1) The house offers a pool with a splash pool for the exclusive use of guests. It measures 7x3x1.5 and has solar panels and a heat pump.
⚠️ In months with cold or cloudy weather, the water may not be warm due to the ambient temperature. We recommend considering it when planning your stay.

Additional details:
* All bedrooms come with a fan.
* Towels, toilet paper, hand soap, body soap, and shampoo are provided.
* There is no water to drink, however at the entrance of the subdivision there are 2 very stocked convenience stores where you can purchase what is required.
* The house has a gas heater.
* By development regulations, speakers, bands, musical groups and/or DJs are not allowed.
* There are established quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines imposed by the subdivision.
* Pool maintenance is done between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, and it can no longer be used during that time. (Applies to 1-night rentals.)
* It is recommended to bring mosquito repellent and not to leave doors open.

Guests can enjoy all areas of the house.
IMPORTANT: For one-night reservations, the pool can only be used from 3:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Maintenance and application of chemicals is done between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM and it can be used again until after 12:00 PM.
For extended reservations, maintenance schedules may be adjusted.
