Spacious yet very cosy, the Ash Tree Holiday Cottage is perfect for your rural getaway. Nestled between rolling fields and indigenous woodland, our little piece of Mid Wales is a perfect base for you to experience all of the activities and attractions that the surrounding area has to offer.
After a day of exploring, there is nothing quite like returning to the comfort of Ash Tree Cottage.

The space
Kick back and relax in the spacious living room, complete with a stylish wood burner. Joining the lounge area you will find a charming, fully equipped kitchen complete with a range cooker and sizeable dining table.
Our elegantly warm and inviting bedrooms are styled to complement the theme of the cottage. With these comfortable beds a good night's sleep is guaranteed. The cottage will easily sleep up to 6 guests in these two stylish rooms.
The ground floor is made up of a lounge area with comfy sofas and stylish wood burner and TV. A separate cloakroom with WC and washbasin
A fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, electric hob and cooker, fridge / freezer. With a centre dining table with seating for 6.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - King size bed and double bed in a family style room, TV. Bedroom 2 - King size bed with TV.
Master bathroom includes a bath with separate shower unit, washbasin and WC.
Outside there is a private patio outside cottage and large lawn areas, perfect for games. There is also a large 6 person hot tub available use to use all year around. Relax and take in the surrounding views of the incredible Crai Valley.
There is a hot tub available for use by adults in the party. Children under the age of 16 years and pregnant ladies are not permitted to use the hot tub. Please refer to the safety guidelines available in the lodge before using the facilities if you are unsure. Please note that we empty, clean and refill all hot tubs after every stay, therefore your hot tub may take up to 12 hours to reach the required temperature.
Many further acres of the farm can be explored and include fishing rights on the River Crai.
Can be booked with the barn next door Sycamore Tree Barn to sleep 17, or with the cottage and Onnen Fawr Farmhouse to sleep 25.
