The space
INSIDE:

All 4 bedroom suites in this 3600 sq/ft home are incredibly spacious, with luxury mattresses and the softest linens. Suites have sliding doors to outdoor patios, and ensuite bathrooms with big relaxing jacuzzi hot tubs to enjoy.

Upstairs living/dining room is warm & inviting, with beautiful tall wooden ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and big wide comfortable couches to enjoy the ocean & mountains from. Dining table seats 8, and converts into a mini table-tennis table for a bit of fun.

Downstairs living room has a new pull-out couch, and a flat screen Smart TV. Netflix & Prime Video included.

Kitchen is fully-stocked for all your culinary needs, with a family-sized fridge, freezer, induction stovetop, dishwasher, and a breakfast nook area that opens up to the back patio. Another great space to gather and make memories together.

To help make this your true "Home Away From Home", we provide a growing list of local info, games, and essentials:

Walk out to a massive 500 sq.ft deck that wraps around the house, with panoramic views of the ocean & mountains and plenty of seating. Includes a new propane BBQ grill, and additional outdoor seating/table areas to enjoy together.

The downstairs Garden Suite (included in this rental) has a patio with extra seating, and a 2nd propane BBQ grill.

Across the driveway we have a picturesque Lookout area under the leaning "Trust Fall Tree", featuring unique views over the ocean, Sooke, and East Sooke. It’s the ideal spot to experience the sunrises & sunsets, with a warm beverage in-hand.

Out back, you'll find a half acre of well-manicured gardens to explore. Enjoy the "Help Yourself Herb Garden", various native plant species, driftwood sculptures, and a furnished gazebo where you can find peace & tranquility - with yet another great view of the mountains.

Other things to note
Driveway / Vehicles: The shared driveway entrance coming off West Coast Rd is quite steep, but can accommodate most vehicles. Please note the parking lot & driveway is not big enough for campers, RV's, duallys, etc.

Parking: This rental has 4x assigned parking spots. Please let us know if you have more than 4 vehicles.

Sensitive Septic System: Flush only toilet paper and natural waste. Dispose of wet wipes, feminine products, and coffee grounds in the provided waste & compost bins.

Wood Stoves: Only for use in winter, one duraflame log per stove is provided.
