How to use the property / House Rules
■Important 1. Submit your■ ID
The law requires all guests to check their IDs.
On the day of check-in, the number of guests is confirmed by security cameras.Thank you for your understanding.Once the use is confirmed, you will be charged a separate fee.
We do not allow people who are not staying to enter the room.If you wish to enter the room even if you are not staying, we will add an accommodation fee.
If you are unable to pay, please leave the room.
Early check-in is only available for 5,000 yen per hour.
Late check out is not possible.
■Important 2.■ In accordance with Japanese laws and regulations, it is mandatory to enter guest information such as name, address, date of birth, occupation, etc. on the day of check-in.
● Parking.
There is free parking for two cars, but please park in the parking lot outside, not in the garage.
Also, please be careful when entering and exiting the car to avoid accidents.The inside of the garage is off limits.We do not rent equipment in the garage.
● Cleaning
You will only be charged a cleaning fee once.
Therefore, please note that there is no cleaning during your stay, even for consecutive nights.
● No smoking
Absolutely no smoking inside.(including e-cigarettes)
* Please note that if there is a smell or cigarette butts in the room, or if cigarette butts are found on the premises, a penalty of 30,000 yen will be incurred.
* Smoking etiquette is prohibited and throwing away is strictly prohibited!
● Noise
Quiet residential areas, please do not disturb the neighbors or get drunk.* Especially after 9 pm
* Please note that we do not accept reservations for parties or drinking parties that involve loud voices, noise, music, etc. in or outside the facility, regardless of the time of day.
● Damage, dirt, etc.
Please note that if any damage or breakage occurs to the facilities, equipment, furniture, walls, floors, etc. inside or outside the facility, we will charge the actual cost of repairs separately.
Bath towels and face towels are for bathing and washing only.
* Please do not use it to wipe off dirty items.
● Tableware
Please cook in the kitchen.Please wash the dishes you have used and dry them well and put them back in their original places.
Smoking ● indoors, such as with yakiniku, is prohibited
● When you go out, please turn off the lights, TV, air conditioner, and lock the door.
No aroma candles or incense■ inside.
If someone other than the number of people who booked the■ reservation is staying or using the premises, you will be charged an additional fee of 30,000 yen per person or leave.In this case, you won't be able to get a refund.Use of facilities other than guests are prohibited.
■Spray, hair color (hair dye), candles, fireworks, incense, and lighting fireworks are prohibited.
* Pets will not be accepted.
* Absolutely no smoking and absolutely no shoes in the room
Please do not use slippers outside.If we discover that you have used it, we will charge 5,000 yen per pair.
● About renting barbecue supplies
The barbecue is until 21:00.
Barbecue set available for rent (tarp, tongs, coleman barbecue grills (dutch oven, skillets, lanterns, recliner air, net, table, stainless dish)
* Please prepare your own igniter, charcoal, chopsticks, and paper plates.
No barbecue in high winds
There is a covered barbecue space, so you can barbecue during light rain.(If there is wind, it will get wet.)
Please leave trash and other items inside after the barbecue and do not leave trash outside.(Because crows come for garbage and food in the middle of the night,)
After the barbecue, please do not leave it unattended at night, and please keep the tarps and chairs inside, except for the barbecue stove and charcoal (to prevent theft)
Please return the barbecue stove to the room after the charcoal has completely gone out after the barbecue.(Charcoal will be disposed of here, so please leave it there after digestion)
Do not pour water on the charcoal to extinguish it, but let it burn out naturally before disposing of it.(Please remove it the next day)

You will be charged for lost● keys and taking out room equipment.
We do not allow● "accommodation for minors only".
● Please do not bring in or use drugs or dangerous substances.
Fireworks are prohibited in● residential areas.

In addition, we are unable to refund the accommodation fee for these reasons.
* We will charge a considerable amount for damage, missing items, or excessive dirt in the facility.
* If you lose the key, we will charge 30,000 yen.

The facility is not open 24 hours a day, so we may not be able to accommodate late check-ins.
