The people booking should be the ones staying here. No bookings done for anyone for any reasons best known to them. People coming to visit cannot spend the night if they do there is a penalty of 15$ per person per night.

All properties in the house must be handled as your own, if any damage is done, the host must be alerted immediately, pets are not allowed 🚫 in the apartment failure to abide by this rule is a 25$ penalty fee per day.

Please you advised to please take full responsibility for any property in the house especially the keys. If the keys are lost, there is a 25$ replacement policy including time, resources and damages.

30$ daily fee policy applies for late check outs or if failed to check out, unless in the case of emergency and even at that it should be brought to our notice the soonest or earliest time possible. Either or just keep host informed and earlier.🤗

If this apartment is booked by two guests, there cannot be more than 2 spending the night at any one point in time. There are cameras and security all over the residential environment but none in the APARTMENT.

The building quality and design is good to very good. The layout of the apartment is good and makes living worthy. Hallways, lifts, Gardens are nice with beautiful and the most peaceful seating areas. Car parking available. Security is good. Views are beautiful. Area is quiet, shops close by for your daily needs. Many restaurants, shops, shopping, and grocery than you’ll ever need. Air quality is good, noise level is low, This area is ideal away from big noisy cities, wonderful for families and people who want a quiet life or looking for the perfect relaxation environment. It is definitely developing, growing bigger better and nicer. You deserve it cus your life is worthy 💯✅🥂. The neighborhood is amazing. It has a big park with lake, mini golf, basketball 🏀 area, big space for football, Scating, endless options for kids , 247 security, perfect for couples and family.
