The space
Located in central Göreme, Adelya Cave Hotel is a small boutique hotel offering a unique cave experience with modern day comforts and old-fashioned B&B hospitality.
We have 9 tastefully furnished rooms (7 cave rooms, 1 traditional stone
and 1 Economic room). In EACH ROOM you will find the following:
* in-room WiFi.
* electric kettle and complimentary tea and coffee
* flat-screen TV with satellite channels (Turkish and some English)
* central heating in winter months
* fan in summer months
* complimentary bottled water on arrival
In addition to the list above, our DELUXE, CLASSIC and SUPERIOR rooms also offer:

The stone-tiled BATHROOMS each offer:
* an enclosed shower
* hot water all year round, 24 hours a day

BREAKFAST:
We offer a full delicious breakfast individually prepared with homemade and fresh ingredients bought from the local bakery and produce market. The menu changes on a daily basis but always starts with the traditional Turkish-style breakfast of fresh bread, cheeses, tomatoes, cucumber and olives. Extras may include fruit salad with yogurt, pancakes, omelettes, hand-made sigara börek (pastries), gözleme (Turkish-style pancake), and Deniz’s famous menemen (a special style of Turkish eggs cooked with tomatoes and peppers).
Breakfast is served in our upstairs restaurant, and in summer months, on the open-air terrace, both offering views overlooking the fairy chimneys of Göreme.
TERRACES
We have terraces on two levels and you can watch hot air balloons from both levels. Breakfast is served on the main terrace, and the small patios of some of the Deluxe rooms (#7, 8, and 9 lead out onto the upper-level terrace
TRAVEL DESK:
Our on-site travel desk can organise hot air balloon flights, group or private tours, Turkish Nights, ATV tours, hamams, and more. Information and maps for valley hikes and local transport is also available – whatever you need to make the most of your time in the Cappadocia region.
Guest access
RECEPTION: We offer 24-hour reception which means we can welcome late-night check-ins.
RESTAURANT: The restaurant is open from 07.00 am to 11.00 pm. Fresh tea and coffee is available throughout the day and breakfast is served between 08.00-10.00 am.
TERRACES: We have two terraces: the main terrace is accessed via the restaurant and is available 07.00-11.00 pm, and the smaller upper terrace is primarily accessed by guests in the upper-level Deluxe rooms (#7, 8, and 9). Both are great places for watching hot air balloons.
KITCHEN: Please note that our kitchen is NOT available for guest use for safety and health reasons. The Deluxe and Superior rooms have a mini-fridge if you wish to keep food or drinks chilled.
Other things to note
* CHECK-IN is 13.00pm onward and is available through the night for late-night arrivals. (Early check-in may be possible AFTER 7.00am IF your room is available.)
* CHECK-OUT is 10.30am. A late check-out is usually not available during the busy months of April to October, but you can ask is the morning that you are due to depart. Additional cost may be incurred.
* FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE is available for early arrivals and late departures.
* BREAKFAST is served each morning between 8-10am. It is included in the room rates for each morning AFTER your check-in. For early arrivals, breakfast is available for an additional payment (payable on day of arrival only)
