Acqua Yeppoon is your perfect getaway by the sea on Queensland's Capricorn Coast, Australia! This charming and stylish coastal retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Positioned on the hill, elevated above the beachside village, and just minutes from beaches, local shops, and cafes, Acqua Yeppoon's 270-degree views over Keppel Bay, Great Keppel Island and the Capricorn Coast hinterland, are breathtaking.

The space
This magnificent house is designed for comfort and luxury, spanning two levels. The guest entrance is conveniently located on the lower level, accessed through the laundry room. From there, you enter a cozy downstairs lounge, which features a fully air-conditioned bedroom with a queen bed. The main bathroom includes a separate w/c, and as you continue down the expansive hallway, you'll find another air-conditioned bedroom with a queen bed. At the end of the hallway is the stunning Master Suite, also fully air-conditioned, with a king-size bed and an ensuite that boasts a shower with panoramic views of Yeppoon.

Ascending the stairs leads you to an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area, equipped with all necessary appliances for gourmet cooking. Just a couple of steps down from this area is an air-conditioned study, and further down the hallway is a fourth air-conditioned bedroom with a queen bed, along with a third bathroom.

The hallway opens up to a spacious outdoor entertaining area featuring a BBQ, which overlooks the pool on one side and the picturesque township of Yeppoon on the other. Additionally, the rear of the property is home to a charming 'Secret Garden' complete with a swing, adding to the property's enchantment.
