The entire home is about 2100 sq. ft. Calm Guest has four bed rooms with Air Conditioning facility with five double beds.

Free Super Speed Wi-Fi Facility via Premium Fiber Optics & 50" TV with IPTV facility over 100 local and foreign channels including selected HD Channels.

Fully Private Parking, including CCTV monitoring & roller shutter operating with remote for convenient access.

This room has a double bed.

Calm Guest has three bathrooms equipped with water heater, head shower, bidet, wash basin, mirrors, soap, shampoo, toilet tissue etc.

KITCHEN, DINING AREA, LIVING AREA & PRIVATE BALCONY

Kitchen consist of necessary amenities such as stove, hob, toaster, grinder, vegetable chopper, refrigerator, cup & saucers, basic cooking utensils , tea pot, milk pot & sugar pot.

Dining area consist of Dining Table , Free Mineral Water dispenser with cool, hot & normal water facility.

Living area consist of TV, Sofa & Iron facilities.

Balcony area has seating arrangement and washing machine also placed at the balcony for free access for the guests.

Guest access
Guest can access entire home independently as Calm Guest not sharing the facility with anyone except the guests.

Cleaning facility during the stay can be offered on request, free of charge with advance notice.

We will do the outside cleaning and outside Garbage bin Removal in daily basis, inside cleaning will be done only on guest request, without any charge.

Other things to note
We will help you virtually during the stay and if any need arises we will send in person to help you based on your request.
