76stays Tatami is styled with Shoji door-inspired partition and tatami. Furnished with a platform bed, low sofa, chairs & table - it definitely gives off a washitsu vibe.
Our home gives an extra-ordinary staycation experience. Fresh and uniquely designed, this is also a perfect Japanese-themed shooting location for photographers, or for those who simply love the Japanese aesthetic.
The space
You will comfortably sleep on a queen mattress with fluffy pillows, clean sheets and a duvet. Extra guest(s) will sleep on the floor sofa which can be converted into a sofa bed (120cm) on the tatami mat itself (extra linens will be provided).
The dining and living area consists of a low table with floor sofa cushion. Kindly be advised that there are no chairs and tables.
You may help yourself with a fair selection of board games, manga and books, and a TV with subscription to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube Premium.
Our home is one of the few staycation homes equipped with unlimited hot and cold purified water to ensure our guest(s) are well-hydrated. We offer complimentary coffee and mugi-cha as well.
Dental kit, linens, shower amenities and towels are provided for each registered guests.
Guest access

Guest(s) is required to register at the security personnel in the lobby.
For food deliveries, guest(s) will have to collect it at the concierge as well.
✧ Paid parking ✧
Paid parking is subject to availability.
✧ Pool ✧
Pool usage is only available on Mondays to Wednesdays and Fridays.
Guest(s) shall pay the fee directly to the property: P200-/pax
✧ Roof Deck ✧
Roof deck is where you can have a 360-view of the metro. The smoking area is also located at the roof deck.
Other things to note
❗️ Our bathroom has a concealed-type drain with trap to prevent insects or any unwanted entity to escape from the sewage system. There may be instances of the water clearing slowly due to the trap being blocked or dust and hair being trapped in the strainer. However, we would like to assure you that our cleaning staff ensures that the drain filter is cleared after every guests. You may lift the tile cover when showering so that the water clears faster, but please ensure that hair, dust, or any type of debris are not being flushed into the plumbing system. Please do not proceed to book if this is an issue. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Overnight guest(s) is required to be registered.
✎ Visitors are allowed but the unit may only comfortably accommodate a total of 6 people, at most. However, kindly do note that:
⚠ Visiting hours is only until 9:00 PM/21:00, before the wind-down period.
⚠ Guests and visitors are encouraged to be mindful of the noise and respect the dwellers of our adjacent units.
✎ All guests and visitors are required to be registered in the concierge. For security purposes, host/co-host will require guests and visitors information to be declared after your booking.
Check-in Instructions:
Self check-in process will be shared and access code unique to every guests within the stay period will be provided upon booking confirmation.
During the stay:
We will not be available 24/7 for ad-hoc requests unless it is an emergency. If there are needs with the replenishment of amenities, it may only be accommodated around 12PM or so but will not be guaranteed and may be charged with minimal fee.

- Organize the trash / seal bags tightly
- Hang towels on the hangers provided
