The space
In the approximately 55 m² bungalow, the living room and bedroom are loft-like open to each other, but can be separated by a curtain. The latest highlight of the apartment is a floor-to-ceiling, three-piece glass sliding door that separates the sleeping area from the living area if necessary.
The complete furnishings are new and have been selected with a lot of love for detail. Particular attention was paid to a bright and warm color scheme. All lamps are controlled via the smart lighting system from Philips Hue and are therefore dimmable throughout the apartment.
The bathroom has also been completely renovated and equipped with a floor-level shower. The mirror has a Bluetooth speaker which, connected to the cell phone, encourages you to shower with music.
The large queen size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) with high quality and particularly back-friendly mattress is covered with bed linen made of particularly fine cotton.
In front of the bed is a modern shelving system, which also serves as a separation and privacy screen to the living room. There is enough storage space here to accommodate the luggage you brought with you. Towards the bed, there is a small flat screen to allow you to fall asleep with an exciting thriller.
In the living room, there is a large couch area. This can be pulled out to a comfortable bed with its own mattress (140 cm x 200 cm).
Bed linen and towels will match the number of guests and be prepared depending on the length of your stay.
On the wall is a 50" 4K LED multimedia flat screen that offers you all German, but also plenty of foreign programs. By switching from satellite (Astra/Eutel-SAT) to antenna, you can switch to local Spanish stations.
A portable speaker, which can be connected to the cell phone via Bluetooth, is used for musical entertainment. But the multimedia TV also has AirPlay and Bluetooth and is therefore also suitable for connecting to it.
The open kitchen with bar stools invites you to have breakfast and cook together. Fully equipped, with a small dishwasher and a microwave/oven combination, it leaves nothing to be desired.
On the terrace, teak deck chairs, which can be pulled out to lie down, invite you to sunbathe. Alternatively, the existing umbrellas provide sufficient shade to relax. The terrace is secluded and offers a seemingly endless view over the Atlantic Ocean, the surroundings and of course the world-famous dunes of Maspalomas.
To get to the apartment, take the beautiful Mediterranean path up, which is terraced with some stairs.
If you arrive by car, you can park in the middle of the complex on »Calle las Magnolias« and reach the bungalow via a manageable number of steps »75 Steps«. If you want to walk all the way down to the sea, this number roughly doubles.
Home office, online conference? No problem! In the apartment, you can connect to an unlimited 100 Mbit/s high-speed fiber optic Internet connection free of charge.
In the apartment there is a new washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe and many other amenities that guarantee a relaxing vacation.
There is air conditioning (hot/cold) in the bedroom, which is ideal for a quiet sleep even in summer, on particularly hot days.
We are happy to welcome a small dog (up to 10 kg).
A dog basket as well as food and drinking bowls are available and are waiting for the little furry friend.
Last but not least, the bungalow is equipped with the absolute feel-good factor, so you can enjoy your vacation carefree!
Guest access
As a guest at »Monte Rojo« you can use a spacious pool area. Here you can refresh yourself in a large pool (25 m) for adults. A children's pool is available for the little ones. The sun loungers and umbrellas are free of charge.
The restaurant named after the complex, »Monte Rojo,« offers delicious and high-quality food that can also be enjoyed on an outdoor terrace by the pool. A pool bar offers delicious drinks. (currently closed)
The complex also has a tennis court that you can also use for free.
