Inside, you’ll find two comfortable full-sized beds and a private bathroom, offering ample space to relax. We’ve taken care of all the essentials: plush towels, fresh sheets, cozy pillows and blankets, as well as toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper—all provided for your convenience.
Stay connected with high-speed internet and unwind with cable TV, available in every unit. To ensure your comfort, each unit is equipped with air conditioning. We look forward to making your visit a delightful one!
Guest access
Our standard check-in time begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you’d like to adjust these times, we’re happy to accommodate your request whenever possible, provided you reach out in advance. Please note that early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and incurs an additional fee of $10 per hour. We’ll do our best to make your stay as flexible and comfortable as possible!

NOISE
These units are located in the heart of Boquerón. Some nighttime noise may occur due to nearby restaurants, bars, clubs, and pedestrian activity. This is part of the area’s lively atmosphere and is outside our control.
SATURDAY CHECK-INS
To check in on a Saturday, Friday night must also be available so we can block it and properly prepare the unit. We have a two-night minimum stay.
If you are able to book a Saturday check-in for one night, you may proceed. This typically indicates a last-minute opening where Friday night remained unreserved.
FRIDAY CHECK-INS
Our self check-in process allows arrival anytime after 4:00 PM. Please make sure you have opened and reviewed all check-in instructions before sunset on Friday. If you have any questions, contact us early in the day so we can assist you in time.
PETS
3 Mares is pet-friendly. Only one pet is allowed per reservation, the pet may not exceed 50 lbs, and pets may not be left alone inside the apartment. A non-refundable pet fee of $35 applies. Please ensure the pet is added as a guest to the reservation.
