Wicklow Cottage is a renovated country cottage situated on a working farm approximately 12 min north of Kingaroy, near the village of Wooroolin. It is a quiet location yet close to town and near the rail trail. You can choose to base yourself here to explore the area or just chill out on the verandah with a good book, a glass of local wine, enjoying the view. Some guests stay while on short term work assignments. 2 pm checkout on Sundays for weekend bookings

Escape to Cowboy Cabin in the Noosa Hinterland

As you enter through the underpass onto the farm your little cabin is nestled on the grassy hillside overlooking the dam, mountains and train line. As they have done for the past 130 years the trains toot to herald their arrival to town. You have now entered your own little piece of paradise to relax and enjoy. A short stroll to town along a quiet, shady road will bring you to the village of Cooran with a coffee shop, general store, restaurant & brewery.

Just 16km from Noosa's Main Beach and a 2 min drive to the popular Eumundi Markets. This cozy cottage-like guest suite offers you a fully secure, self contained, private dwelling - completely separate from the main house with your own covered car port. Overlook paddocks with grazing cows, geese & ducks splashing in the dam - sit back with your morning coffee while you take it all in, and spend your evenings warming by the fire with a wine in hand.

Mary River farm cottage

The Cottage has one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, a bathroom and a small kitchen, with a gas BBQ on verandah. Its suitable for a small family. The farm has a herd of cows and some cultivated fields. There is a kilometer of Mary River frontage with rare lungfish, frogs and platypus. There are large areas of scenic bush walking. Our place is dog friendly, but prefer the dog to stay outside in the secure enclosure on verandah.
